Meet Libby Grant
Libby completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2015 and has undertaken advanced training in pelvic health, including completion of APA Women’s Health Level 1 & 2, Pelvic health as well as Women Through the Life Stages. She has also pursued further training in clinical Pilates and physiotherapy across the lifespan.
She is passionate about empowering women through education, movement, and hands-on therapy, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual needs and goals of her clients. Libby is passionate about helping people return to the activities or sports they enjoy the most.
Libby is an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and regularly attends professional development courses to stay up to date with the latest research and techniques in women’s health.

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
With over 10 years of experience across hospital and private practice settings, I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to treating pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and pregnancy- and menopause-related musculoskeletal conditions.
Favourite Conditions to Treat:
Women’s health, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and pre- and post-natal care, pelvic girdle pain, Spinal and running related injuries.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Pilates, swimming, and spending time with my family
What would be your personal motto?
Find joy in the little things!
Who is someone you admire and why?
I’ve always admired Cathy Freeman. Watching her win gold in the 400m final at the Sydney Olympics in 2000 inspired me to start running from a young age.
