Sudha is a dedicated Clinical Pilates Instructor specialising in rehabilitative care and restorative movement. With a deep commitment to evidence-based practice, Sudha provides expert guidance for clients navigating Women’s Health issues, Breast Cancer rehabilitation, and Scoliosis management.
Integrating her specialised training in Lymph Drainage Therapy with the principles of Clinical Pilates, she offers a holistic approach to recovery that addresses both structural alignment and systemic health. Whether assisting clients through post-surgical recovery or managing chronic spinal conditions, Sudha focuses on restoring functional movement, reducing physical discomfort, and empowering individuals to regain confidence in their bodies.
